● 1/2 sweet corn

● 2 small eggplants
● 1 handful of melinjo leaves
● enough melinjo fruit
● 1/4 young papaya
● 2 galangal knuckles
● 2 bay leaves
● 1 piece of brown sugar
● 3 tablespoons tamarind juice

● 5 cloves of shallots
● 2 cloves of garlic
● 5 curly red chilies, coarsely ground

How to make Betawi Tamarind Vegetables
